Flipping though the various costumes, you come across an incredibly detailed, anthromorphic wolf costume. Looking outside, you notice the large, full moon in the night sky. You figure it would be appropriate and grab it off the rack.
You cross the store to the dressing room. You close the door behind out and take the costume off the hook. It appears to be all in one piece, with the mask attached at the front.
You strip down naked and slowly slip one leg and then another into the costume's digigrade legs. This will be interesting to walk in, you think. Already, it feels form fitting between your skin and the costume. You put your arms into the sleeves, fitting your fingers into each attached hand on the costume. You reach back and zip up the costume and pull the mask over your face.
It's an incredible feeling, everything is so form fittingly perfect, it almost feels as if you're not wearing anything at all.
"Come on out, let me get a look at you," says your Uncle Jack.
"Okay, sure." you reply. You suddenly stop cold. Your voice wasn't muffled behind a mask. You suddenly become aware of that fact that you are panting. You're turn and look at yourself in the mirror. This is no longer a costume...it's become you. You hold up a clawed, furred hand. There is no rubber, no costume underneath, only your skin.
"Uncle Jack...what's going on?" you ask as you slowly exit the dressing room.
"Well, I told you the costumes were enchanted. These costumes turn the wearer into whatever the costume is. In this case, an anthromorphic wolf. Cool, huh?" replied Jack.
"It's not permanent, is it?" you ask, a little worried.
"Heavens no. You'll turn back to yourself in the morning," replied Jack. "Now, that is a werewolf costume, which means you'll turn back into a werewolf the next full moon."
"What?!" you exclaim.
"Relax, I'm only kidding. As long as you take off that costume before dawn. After that, it becomes part of you, and you become a full blown werewolf. And that's something I can't fix...so forewarned...ok?" said Jack.
"Ok. How do I take it off?" you ask.
"Just say, "Costume Off.""
"Got it. I'm going to play around in this a bit more...it's pretty cool," you reply.
"Remember...off before dawn, or werewolf for life, okay?"
"I'll remember," you reply.
