Negi led Jen to a large school building.
"Wow, this school is like a city!" Jen said.
"Yes, it is amazing. I suggest you not wander around without an escort. You'll get lost." Negi said.
"Okay, um, can you make this skirt longer? I also want to look like I'm wearing shoes to normal people." Jen said.
"Sure." Negi said. He looked around, chanted something under his breathe, and waved his staff. Jen's skirt grew to her knees.
"Thanks." Jen said.
They arrived at 3-A's homeroom. "Wait out here." Negi went inside. "Good morning class. When I call your name, I must speak with you privately. Asuna, Konoka, Evangeline, Chachamaru, Yue, Asakura, Ku, Nodoka, Setsuna, Haruna, Chisame, Misora, Kaede, and Tatsumiya. If you will all follow me." All the students who had their name called came out into the hall. They stared at Jen in shock. "Everyone, This is Jen. To those unaware of magic, she appears as a normal human being. Otherwise, like you 14, her true form is revealed. I need you all to keep quiet about it to the other students. On top of that, I need someone to voluteer to room with her. I figure the best way to do it is to ask her questions." Negi said. Ku raised her hand.
"Can you come here for a minute Jen?" she asked. Jen did so. Ku said nothing, just stared into Jen's eyes. Then, Ku threw a flurry of fast punches. Jen blocked them all without any trouble at all. She didn't even flinch. "Yep, she's got it alright."
"Got what?" Jen asked.
"The Eye of the Tiger. You're very strong. I volunteer!" Ku said.
"Okay, anyone else?" Negi asked. Nobody said anything. "Okay then. Jen, you're rooming with Ku Fei. Now, let's all go back in. I need to introduce Jen to the others." Everyone walked back inside and sat down, except for Negi and Jen. "Class, we have a new student today. This is Jen. Does anyone have a question for her?" A small girl raised her hand. "Fumika?"
"Yeah, do you have a last name?" Fumika asked.
"Um, I don't know." Jen said.
"How could you not know your last name?" Fumika asked.
"I'll answer that one. You see, Jen has amnesia. It's nothing serious, she just doesn't remember much. She does remember that she's from the United States. Any other questions?" Negi asked. A chubby girl raised her hand. "Satsuki."
"Are you good at anything, and can you demonstrate?" Satsuki asked.
"I'm a Martial Artist." Jen said. She walked over to a rock on a science display in the back of the room. "Is this rock important?"
"No, it's old." Negi said.
"Okay, Bakusai Tenketsu!" Jen yelled. She jabbed a single finger into the rock, her finger sunk into it as if the rock was butter, and the rock shattered.
"Whoa, she's gonna give you a run for your money Ku." Satsuki said.
"Homeroom was uneventful. Jen had to sit through people whispering 'Look at her boobs. They're bigger than Chizuru's.' and 'Is she really in middle school? She looks like a highschool senior.' During free period, a tall, blond haired girl approached her.
"Hi, I'm Ayaka Yukihiro, Class President." Ayaka said. "Welcome to 3-A."
"Leave her alone Iincho. She'll catch your airheadedness." Asuna said.
"I suggest you stay away from Asuna. She extremely hot headed." Ayaka said.
"You know, I vaguely remember my old school. You remind me of someone I knew." Jen said.
"Thank you." Ayaka said.
"That's not a good thing." Jen said. She walked away from a shocked Iincho and went to hang out with Ku Fei.
"Hey Jen," Ku said, "How good are you at Martial Arts?"
"Um, pretty good I guess." Jen said.
"What's your best technique?" Ku asked.
"Well, you see. My best technique is too dangerous to use on school grounds, do you have, maybe, another planet we can go too?" Jen said.
"I have a place." Evangeline said. "I'm interested to see what you've got. Come by my place after school. The others will show you the way."
