You stop barking and catch your breath a bit. You can feel a little bit of your logical mind returning. You look at the Tamara and sit down the way you've seen dogs do. She strokes your head a few times smiling.
"There now," she says "much better. Now if you're listening I can explain. I have turned you into a wolf, but it's a very weak transformation. Even a notice shape changer could reverse it. Which, since you have changed shape you now are." she says and walks across the room to one of the chairs. You follow her.
"The problem with most people 'round here is that when they get turned into some other form they panic, much like you did, and make things worse. Panicking half the time will make a transformation spell happen faster, or make one revert to their more primitive animal minds and they'll be stuck." She begins slicing bread as she speaks to you.
"Now even without panicking, some of the other spells in this village can be impossible to reverse without training. Which is why I'm glad I found you. I am going to train you in the art of shape shifting, or I will cast an additional spell on you making you a wolf permanently. The choice is yours." she says.
