As you sit there, mindlessly chasing your tail, lost in the prison of your canine body, you hear a voice inside your head. Straining to understand, you recognize your own voice. "I can't go out like this!" You shout. "It's time for vengeance!" You feel a strange aching in your bones as they reform and in some cases regrow. Your fur and tail drain back into your body and eventually you're completely yourself again. No longer thinking of Jack as your master, you can only think of him as the object of your vengeance. Suddenly you realize that you're not wearing any clothes. Using your willpower, you are able to generate a black trench coat, black shirt, black pants and black boots out of thin air. Putting them on, you decide to give yourself a katana and a black scarf for pure visual quality. Chuckling slightly to yourself, you run off after your former friend.
You're in luck, Jack had hit traffic on his way to work, so you are able to reach an intersection that you somehow KNOW is on his way to his office. Waiting impatiently, you realize that your attire is drawing the interest of several people around you. Smiling at them, you grin inside as they back away slowly. "Geez, I must really be intimidating dressed like this," you think "Note to self, buy new clothes later." Eventually you see Jack's car pull up to a red light. How you knew that it would be red, you have no idea. Strolling casually over to Jack's car, you reach down and calmly smash your hand through his drivers side window. "HEY, WHAT THE HELL!" Jack screams. Ignoring him, you unlock the door and drag Jack, kicking and screaming out into the street. Pinning him to a building, you grin maniacally at Jack. "Hey buddy, remember me?" You ask, putting pressure on the fist that is nearly crushing his windpipe. Jack looks at you, and a sudden flash of recognition comes over his face. "Boy?" He asks, obviously surprised to see you so angry at him and so, so... human. "WRONG ANSWER JACKY BOY!" You shout gleefully, pushing your fist into his neck. "I'm your former friend, the one you turned into a dog and tried to sell. For $750, for crying out loud. I'm worth more than that you son of a bitch!" "Wait," Jack says. "I thought you left. One second you were there, and then you were gone when I came back. And then you, the other you, were just sitting there on the bed." "Clever excuse Jacky boy, but unfortunately, you can't lie to me. See, I know you better than anyone else now. Even your wife, although I'm surprised that any woman could love you considering the kind of person you are. You purposely wanted me to become your dog. First, to bring back all the happy memories you had, but then you decided that you could do it to others to make a profit. Blokes like you make me sick, and now it's time for your punishment!" With these last words, you throw Jack to the ground, and a strange aura glows around your hands. "Now let's see. I'm not cruel enough to transform you, although believe me I could. So here's the punishment. We're in a city with 2 million people and nearly half that many dogs. Whenever you see one of those dogs, you will be compelled to take care of it, worship it and call it master for the rest of the week. And don't worry, this curse only involves the dogs in this city, you're free to leave at any time to avoid servitude. But this town has another secret. It's also a major puppy breeder, so you probably wouldn't know where to be safe. And who knows, after enough periods of servitude, you might like it. Oh, and I'm no longer your dog so I'm not included." You quickly throw in that clause, you don't want that fat loser Jack following you around. As chains of light twine around Jack's screaming form to activate the curse, you stroll along happily, planning to buy some new clothes and maybe a cheeseburger.
