The application handed to the secretary seated there, she gave it a quick look-see and then using a large rubber stamp, she stamped the application as "APPROVED."
A bit stunned at the quick acception of his application, Lionel thought nothing strange when a man called out the name, "Lionel B. Boskers!"
Rising out of his seat, Lionel walked toward where the man stood and before he passed from the room still filled with other applicants, he offered them a friendly waving good bye.
"Anyone of those out in the waiting room as friends of yours, if so, you can return to them and invite them to follow you along. We have a busy schedule, and for you an insurmountable number of cowering employees for you to father along with your own special abilities!" The science technician stated, he seemed friendly, but all around had an air of eerie sounds of moaning and groaning.
They walked into what looked to Lionel as a hospital emergency room, but told first he would require some inoculations before moving on into the planned program.
Soon the six major size injections were moving along the blood veins of Lionel, he feeling quite warm, a sign the technician there made mention of came from a virus meant to increase his bodily temperature.
Easy going was the mood of Lionel, and as he relaxed to let the injections begin to do their working, he felt sleepy and soon relaxed into a deep slumber.
Thinking he had heard something load and rather strange sounding, Lionel awoke as he lay there in that examination room. He noted the room and hallway had lights turned on; he turned to look up at the clock.
The short thought of sitting up and going to check where the technician went while he had slept, he discovered his bonds included the binding of his head, chest, arms, wrists, and legs to th exam table.
He struggled hard, but the bindings held him tightly in place.
Lionel yelled for someone to come and free him from his bindings.
Yelling then for help, as he turned his head, he noted a large computer monitor there on the desk. The Web-Shot pictures popped up as the computer continued to operate. Each picture had a various animal shown on it, but with some writing alone the right hand side. As he thought to watch it, he thought he saw his name flash up on the screen.
