Circe smiled and tousled his hair. "I am so happy! Because... I think you should stay just like this forever, never growing up... just like Peter Pan!"
Kenny furrowed his eyebrows and looked down at his silly, size-4 little-boy shoes and wondered if she could be telling the truth. "Whaddaya mean, forever?" he asked.
"Just that, kid. Forever. I'm never letting you, or any other 'man' I regress ever grow up. You're all animals once you mature, so there's really no point in you growing up. Don't worry, though, in a few minutes, not growing up past 10 years of age will seem 'old hat' to you. Your memories are about to change, kiddo!"
Kenny shouted a 'uh-uh!!' and shook his head, denying Circe, trying to assure himself no such thing would happen. He felt a strange sucking down between his legs as his little under-developed nuts retracted up his inguinal cannel. Kenny squeaked, grabbing himself and looking up to Circe.
"Yeah, I figured you'd feel that, kid. Part of the magic of keeping you disgusting future men little. Say goodbye to your little nuts, Kenny, dear! All you men I regress will lose 'em once you turn 10 and a half, no matter how old I make y'all. Enjoy!"
Circe laughed merrily as she walked off, leaving a confused Kenny in her wake. He was already forgetting the details of his conversation with her, concentrating on not believing what she told him.
"I aint NOT gonna grow up, thats just silly. I mean... its not like thats possible, is it? Just 'cuz stupid Dr. Donaldson told Mom I'm not gonna grow up any more don't mean nothing. All kids grow up. Don't they?"
