"So it seems, ladies and gentlemen," said the clown making the announcements at the Tri-County Cross Country Unicycle Meet, "that we have a special treat today. For not only are the two clownettes tied in first place for the girls' race both from Lou Jacobs High school, they are the Pines sisters Candy and Pinky!"
Amidst the cheers and nose honking from the onlookers, the two auguste sisters got off their unicycles and removed their helmets. They hugged each other, then honked each other's noses.
Tricia Bothum the girls unicycle coach, know to most as 'Trixie,'ran up to them. "I'm so proud of both of you!" the forty year old whiteface cried, and honked her nose.
Pinky looked up to her left and saw her parents off to the side. Mom was smiling and clapping her hands; Dad was shouting, "Those are my girls!" in between honking his nose.
The Pines sisters walked their unicycles down their school's bus to be loaded for the ride back to school where their parents would pick them up.
After they loaded by their cycles, Pinky turned and saw JayJay, the cute whiteface boy she'd agreed to go out with just before the races started-and who she'd heard, won the boys race.
JayJay was rubbing his shiny bald scalp. "Sister give you the noogies again?" Pinky asked coyly. She and Candy were VERY glad their twin older brothers Twinky and Blinky were away at college; those two would have done much worse than noogie them.
JayJay nodded. Pinky motioned for Candy to come over. "JayJay, this is my older sister Candy, who just finished the race with me. Candy, this is JayJay Smith from Clownton, who just won the boys' race-and whom I'm going out with tonight."
JayJay looked from Pinky to Candy. He could see the family resemblance between them well enough. The white patches around Candy's eyes and her muzzle were the same shape as Pinky's, as was her nose. She even wore her hair in the same style of pigtails. Both were dressed in the lemon-yellow leotard and orange skirt with yellow and black striped socks that made up the girls' unicycle team uniform for Lou Jacobs High. But Candy's coloring was different; her nose and cheeks were rosy red instead of pink while her mouth was blue black. Candy also had dark purple hair, and her feet seemed a couple of sizes bigger. Of course, no two clowns looked exactly alike, not even twins.
"Oh there you are!" JayJay groaned as he recognized that voice. "I've been looking all over for you!" JayJay turned his head. Sure enough his siter was there, along with her cadre of friends.
Jen walked up to her brother and the Pines sisters. JayJay braced himself for some more noogies.
Jen waved her hand. "Don't worry, I'm not going to noogie you. So, run off to see your new girlfriend, didya?" JayJay's cheeks flushed redder; he loved his sister but did she have to embaress him like that?
HONK! HONK! Candy Pines took her hand off her nose. "I remember you," she said to Jen. "Remember, cheerleading camp two years ago? The boys from the football camp nearby had raided our panties, and we paid them back by making off with their boxers and jock straps?"
"Of course!" Jen honked her nose in recognition. "So, this is why I havne't seen you cheering this season whenever we played against Lou Jacobs."
Candy smiled. "I found something I like better than cheerleading. Anyway, it's good to see you, Jen."
"Same here. Say," Jen looked from Candy to Pinky, and then her brother. "What happend to today calls for a major celebration. What say a party at our place tonight? Dad's on a business trip and Mom went with him. Our maid Martha come back from her vacation tomorrow; she won't mind cleaning it up."
"Sounds like fine," said Pinky.
"Sure," said Candy.
"Good," said Jen. "Party starts at seven-thirty. Bring your teammates and whatever friends you want. JayJay, you do the same." She quickly wrote down her and JayJay's address, and handed it to Candy. "I was going to the mall anyway after the race; now me and my pals will be buying stuff for the fun tonight. Seeya!" Jen honked her nose goodbye and walked off with her friends.
"See you tonight, JayJay," smiled Pinky. JayJay sighed, he'd wanted his first date with her to be just the two of them.
But still, his sister did throw great parties, and Pinky really seemed like she wanted to go to this one. His parents were out of town, and if things went well between him and Pinky tonight, there was that closet in the living room...
