”Amber!” Bryan howls as the smell of his bitch meets his nose. “Where are you?!” He desperately looks around, trying to find Amber and at the same time the wind is beginning to increase in strength. Amber walks out from her hiding behind the pile of boulders. “I’m right here Bryan” Bryan’s tail begin to wag violently when he hears the bitch’s voice. “Amber! Thank god that I found you! We have to get back to camp before the storm really starts” Amber doesn’t move a muscle. “No, Bryan I will stay here tonight” Bryan’s ears pulls back as he begins to get worried. “Why would you want to sleep out here all alone…” Suddenly his nose picks up a new smell which makes him understand everything perfectly. He remembers what the little husky had seen: Keula and Amber walking out from the camp together. “Come out of your hiding Keula, I know you’re there” Keula walks to join Amber and stands besides her. “I’m sorry Bryan but…” Her voice trail of and she begins to avoid looking directly at Bryan. “What she’s trying to say is that even if she did show feelings for you before, she has now understood that I’m her true love. Because I’m the strongest male and the leader and therefore I’m the one who is best fitted to be the father of Amber’s future puppies” Bryan looks at Keula with disbelief as Keula’s mouth form a big canine smile. “Is this true, Amber?” Asks Bryan and focuses his eyes on Amber. Amber moves quietly closer to Keula and begins to snuggle. “I’m sorry Bryan, I loved you before but when the musher let you smell his hand you changed somehow… You are not the same dog you used to be. Then I discovered how strong Keula is and how experienced he is and that he would make a perfect father for my puppies” Keula feel pride as he have finally have finally reached his goal. “It looks like she’s my bitch now, Bryan. Now could you please go back to the camp, we would like to be alone now”
Bryan let’s out a long growl and bare his teeth and take a aggressive stance and prepares a attack. “No, I will not go back to the camp. Not without a fight” Bryan growls out. Keula analyse the other male’s body langue to see if he’s meeting a determined and self-confident enemy. He almost immediately sees that his opponent is slightly nervous and Keula and this makes Keula even more assertive that he will win. He lowers his head and adds his growl to Bryan’s. “Then, so shall it be” He whispers and leap towards Bryan. A few seconds later the two males are fighting. “Stop it! Stop fighting!” Amber begins to bark out. But none of the males listens. Just as the fight begins to get really serious, a strong and powerful voice roars “BRYAN, KEULA STOP!“ Both dog freezes and stare at their master, the musher who is now standing about 10 meters from the two dogs.
