Looking at all of the doors, Jeremy noticed that there was only light coming from the
bottom of the door with the wolf on it. Curious to know what the source of the light is, or
more importantly why it was there, Jeremy opened the door.
When Jeremy opened the door, what he saw was very bizarre. The room looked as
though it had not been occupied for at least a hundred years, as that was possibly how
long the home had been abandoned. There was a thick layer of dust covering everything;
there was also cobwebs filling the room, which Jeremy had to shield his face from while
being a bit grossed out by the sticky and sometimes invisible thread. Looking around the
room, while walking around, Jeremy saw a few trinkets here and there which had to have
been from the previous owner. One was a single picture with an oval matting surrounding
a yellowed, old black and white photo of a man in his twenties standing outside of the
house when it must have been brand new.
Placing his attention on the rest of the room, Jeremy studied the bed, which was
strangely positioned to bathed in the light of the moon. Come to think of it, that was the
light that Jeremy had saw, even though it looked a bit stronger like a regular light was on.
Staring at the bed, Jeremy smiled while imagining a world where beds still had a canopy
and four posts like this one had.
Thinking it would be like the man who owned the place, Jeremy got into the bed and
just laid there. He also enjoyed the way the light of the full moon bathed him, making him
feel a bit tingly inside and a bit warm. Realizing that he had probably been there too long
already, thinking that he should go back and find Mike, Jeremy got out of the bed and
walked to the door. Looking back, just at the threshold of the door, Jeremy chuckled at
the impression that he had left when one hadn't been made there in years. Strangely
though, Jeremy felt funny about leaving the light of the moon. It was nice, it was
comforting, hell it was even relaxing and Jeremy understood what the man had been
thinking. Wanting to leave, Jeremy went to move, but he found that his body wasn't going
anywhere. He had complete control, but he really didn't want to leave. For a moment,
Jeremy thought You know, I think it will be ok if I just stay here for the night.
Jeremy closed the door, smiling while he walked back to the bed, then placed himself as
he had been a few short seconds ago. Being bathed in the light again; the warm, relaxing,
tingly feeling returned and enveloped his entire body.
Slowly, Jeremy fell into a deep sleep, but what happened during this time?
