Wendy smiled peacefully, lost in daydreams, and sighed happily. "You know how some people wish they could do it all over knowing what they know now?"
"I've heard the expression, yes." Ty smirked.
"I kind of want to do it all over again." Wendy blushed. "I feel like you've given me a second chance at life. At everything."
"Well, that was kind of the idea." Ty poked Wendy's nose and laughed.
She grabbed his hand in hers and gripped it tightly. "So... why me?"
Ty considered this. "Partly I just wanted to use my power. Partly because you seemed so unhappy and I wanted to help you."
Wendy smiled dreamily and teared up. "Well... I appreciate it. I haven't felt so happy since... the last time I was this young."
Ty gently put his arm around the girl and they shared a moment of affection. "Hey, no problem."
"Do you still want to... use your power?" Wendy cocked her head to the side.
"Yes!" Ty jumped. "You wouldn't believe what I did before I met you."
"What?" Wendy leaned forward excitedly.
"Come on, I'll show you! Let's go to my house! Or... I hope there's still a house." Ty suddenly remembered the destruction and turning Dustin to an elephant.
"Something tells me I'm going to laugh at this." Wendy giggled. "And while we're at it, can you zap me up some clothes that fit or something?"
"Oh, sure!" Ty realized. "Any requests?"
"Something normal for a girl my age." Wendy blushed. "I'm a little out of touch with fashion."
"Can do!" Ty concentrated, and rather suddenly Wendy was wearing some acid washed jeans and a cute pink tie-dyed t-shirt. Her sneakers turned to white sandals, which she slipped on in amazement.
"That was... weird!" She stood up. "Okay! Let's go!"
