Doctor Zaius had forgotten that chimps, including Chronivac-created chimp-human blends ala Planet of the Apes (he had seen that movie more times than he could remember) are stronger than humans.
Bryan grabbed the doctor's arm and started twisting.
"What, no!" the doctor screamed, regretting the fact that he had soundproofed his lab when he switched from Defense Department grants to privately funded mad science.
"Ook!" Bryan responded. She began to guide the doctor in the direction of the Chronivac.
"Ook!" Bryan pointed at the Chronivac, frustrated over her inability to communicate with the human. With a shock, she realized that she was thinking of humans as others.
Bryan glanced at the screen. She realized that she could still understand the letters and words. She wasn't going to need the doctor. She let go of the terrified man and gave him a hard punch to the jaw. As the doctor slumped to the floor, Bryan went to the keyboard in a desperate attempt to regain his original gender and species.
