The lady was smiling at you and said, "Now your transformation will begin. You don't really know it yet but you've made me the happiest woman in the world."
You were about to ask what she meant when you felt a sharp cramp in your belly and groin. Thinking that you had to go you get up and start heading to the restroom. Another sharp cramp gripped you and the lady took hold of your arm guiding you to the restroom. She led you into a stall and pulled your pants and underwear down then helped you to sit on the toilet. By now you were sweating and you had closed your eyes trying not to throw up. You felt another sharp pain and heard several plops in the toilet. You felt the sharpest pain yet in your genitals which seemed to move up into your body. You wanted to scream but you kept you mouth clamped shut since you still felt nauseous. There was a dull ache in the rest of your body now. Maybe it had been aching before and you just hadn't noticed it. You let out a gasp and panted as the pain suddenly subsided but you still felt nauseous and your belly was still cramping though nowhere near what it was. You still had your eyes closed as the lady leaned you forward and wiped your butt then wiped between your legs. That felt strange for some reason but you couldn't figure out why it felt strange. You were lifted off the toilet and the lady pulled your underwear and pants back up and they felt strange. You heard the toilet flush and the lady say, "Let's get you home." The lady picked you up which you thought was strange but you were tired now and didn't think much about it.
It was sometime later and you felt someone undressing you even taking off your underwear. You were laid down on a bed and something slid under your butt. Then that something was brought up between your legs and over your crotch making something like underwear. You were dressed in something that felt like a long shirt that went down to your feet. You were laid down on the bed again and covers were pulled over you. "I'm sorry," the lady said as she stroked your forehead and hair that strangely comforted you. "I didn't know it was going to make you sick. I hope you get over it soon. I told you that you had made me the happiest woman in the world but this has kind of brought me down. Don't worry about trying to get up to go to the bathroom. I put a diaper on you to take care of that and there's a bowl right here in case you need to throw up. I think I'll braid your hair so there's less chance of it getting puke in it." There was something wrong here. Your hair was short and nowhere near long enough to be braided. "I'll just go get a hair tie," the lady continued. "Before I go though I should tell you that your new name is Abigail Marie York and you’re my daughter now."
You could hear the lady walk out of the room and you finally figured out what felt strange. You were a girl now with a girl's genitals. What you were wearing now must be a nightgown and your clothes earlier must have changed into girl clothes. Since you were in a diaper you figured you must be like three years old. You'll have to ask the lady when she comes back in.
