Before they could get to the basketball courts, a reporter who had heard the news about "The Two Headed Boy" stopped them and got ready for his live newscast.
"Hello, Brinsburgh. I'm Tom Harding and I have got two very peculiar boys here with me. Could you tell the viewers at home your name or names? Which ever applies." Tom said. He looked giddy and the boys assumed it was because he either hadn't seen a two headed boy or hadn't had a story as big as this before.
"Of course you can, Tom. Uh...?" Damion said. He looked at Steve and motioned with his eyes to turn around. They turned around and started whispering to one another.
"Should we have one name or two?" Damion asked Steve. "I don't know. Our names don't exactly combine very well. Should we make names up that combine together better?" Steve said. "I like that idea. Um... lets see. I'll be Dan and you'll be...?" Damion said. "Drew. Our name will be Dandrew." Steve said. "Love it. Lets go tell the world." They turned back around and Tom was still looking as happy as ever.
"Our name is Dandrew, but if you need to refer to us individually, I am Dan and he is Drew." Damion said. Steve continued their statement, "What would you like to know Tom?" Tom looked professional again and asked, "Were you born this way or did you recently get your status?" Steve and Damion scoffed at this. "We were already great friends so we said what the hey!" Damion said and Steve continued, "Why not fuse together into a single body?" Tom looked like he was going to ask something but stopped himself.
"We would like to be called Dandrew, professionally. Our real names are Damion and Steve." Steve, yet again continued their statement, "We are going to the park now, so bye." The boys ran around the corner, leaving Tom standing there, dissapointed. The boys dissapeared and headed to the park to meet their friends.
