"Good morning, my name is Lyle and I'm helping in a regional survey of employer ethics in the workplace, may I ask you some questions?
The blonde smiles back at you in sort of a yes.
First does the general manager offer regular increases in the wage scale based on, length of time worked or just yearly as a cost of living?
"Ahh, yes! came the blunt answer.
"Oh no you can't just answer a yes, it has to be one or the other! stammered Lyle.
The blonde woman thought again and looking straight at Lyle replied, "Yes!"
Lyle stood there not knowing if she was pulling his leg or just too dumb to understand the question.
"Yes, my boss gives me increases in my wage according to the number of applicants I sign up for our many test and experiment programs. Yes, the testing employees get an increase portion of the profits according to the time they continue to be employed. Does that answer your question?" asked the blonde.
"Hey, great now we're cooking with gas! Second, if an employee works extra hard for the company does the management reward them?" asked Lyle again.
"Yes, if those we place with other companies do work out and continue to pull their weight, then they are given more!" she replied with a twinkle in her eye.
Lyle stood for a moment and looked back at her smerk and wondered if he'd touched a bad note. Third and last of all, if an employee does poorly, their work is not up to the grade standards of the company what options are they offered?
1. To be fired
2. To be placed elsewhere in the company
3. Education offered to increase their production ability
"NO!" came her reply.
"Huh!" was Lyle's best thought.
"No, deary, no! If a processed person enters employment with one of the companies we place them with, and then don't meet the expected output, they are killed!" the blonde stated.
"What!" said Lyle loudly.
"What's all the yelling going on out here?" asked a white coated doctor coming through two swinging doors.
Lyle stood still dumbfounded as the woman's statement rolled about his astonished mind.
"He came here asking for a survey on management's attitude toward employee's pay and workmenship. Can you help him doctor?" asked the woman.
Lyle stood quietly looking at the woman is utter wonderment.
"Come in young man I can answer the questions for you in a more indept sort of way, Joan please go about your business, thank you! Come in my young man and have a seat in my office." beconed the doctor.
Lyle sat down and began to look about the spacious office. The awards mixed with pictures of horses, donkeys, mules, ponies, cattle, goats, sheep, hogs, and many types of zoo animals decorated the four walls. As he turned his head the wall directly across from the doctors desk offered dozens of different poses by the animals.
As the doctor took his seat, Lyle got up and walked closer to the odd looking pictures. Many of them showed a male animal ready to mount a female. The male organ was fully extended and ready for action. While other pictures showed an obvious female animal, her tail high and to one side as sexy sex lips rippled open in expectant desire of the males. Dozens of sex minded shots of animals mounting, names printed below the pictures offered both christian name as well as title names, like people have!
Minutes passed quietly as Lyle filled his eyes with wild sex shots of animals ready for sex.
"Can we get down to business young man?" asked the doctor growing impatient.
Lyle returned to his seat and looking at the doctor, he spoke his mind. "I came here to ask about employee, management, and rewards for work completed correctly if the employee was paid better! I see instead that your dealing with animals and animal husbandry. Therefore my questions don't really have any grounds. May I excuse myself and leave you to your business!" said Lyle as he began to get up and leave.
"Oh no my good young man your wrong! We do have employees and we do animal husbandry in the most direct sense of the word. You see we advertise for people down on their luck, in debt, or even going to prison. Joan signs them up for our husbandry experiments. They then go through the indoctrination, the Flux Formula is added by injection and from this they enter a new world, free of all debts, personal or private. The employee knows his or her place and over a period of one year learns and learns well the job set before them. Of course is rare cases if they don't adjust to their work surroundings, or they just can't produce as expected then we must do what's best for the employee. However a few can't adjust at all and become antisocial to an extreme. In these cases the security division must act and the employee is destroyed.
