Suddenly, a cartoon figure of a character popped up on a screen, which
started moving and talking at the same time, as Edward stared at his
laptop screen while his Chronivac was connected and installed.
“Welcome, Edward. I am the Chronivac Installation Wiizard. I now have
all your physical settings stored into the program’s memory. I can now
change anything about you. What kind of body would you like to have?”
the wizard asked him.
“Umm… what? I-I don’t understand… I mean…” Edward stuttered.
“Would you like a body upgrade?” the wizard asked.
“Sure! Will you make me older?”
“Not unless you want me to!” the wizard replied.
“What will you do to me?” Edward asked.
“I will make you better, faster, stronger…” the wizard replied.
“Sounds cool…” Edward replied.
The Chronivac responded with a beep.
“Body scan activated…” it said on the screen.
Edward was overcome by a tingling sensation everywhere.
“Body upgrade for Edward Platte started…” it flashed on the screen.
Edward got up and immediately noted the changes. His calves ballooned
outward while his biceps started to inflate at the same time!
“Whoa!” the boy gasped, immediately feeling stronger in his arms and
in his legs.
Edward’s quads then grew thicker and wider, filling out his shorts
with amazing muscle. He began to look like a wrestler or a soccer
player.
“Man! This is intense!” Edward noted, as he was getting bigger and
heavier by the minute.
His chest heaved out while his stomach pushed in. Big rows of
abdominal muscles formed over his otherwise flat stomach while his
biceps grew to the size of melons; really big for a twelve-year-old
boy!
“Dang! I’m strong!” Edward grinned, as he flexed his arms, allowing
his bulging muscles to rise up on his arms.
Finally, his mighty shoulders widened and his thick lats formed.
Edward now resembled a young gymnast!
“Body upgrade has been completed!” it flashed on the screen.
“Wow! That was great!” Edward smiled, as he examined his reflection in
the mirror. He was a muscle boy!
Now, a different message appeared on the screen: “Please select: Keep
the upgrade, Repeat the upgrade, Cancel the upgrade, or try other
customization?”
Edward wondered what to select….
