"WHAT?!" Jake yelled at the top of their lungs. "24 hours?! And you just said the spell another 2 times! That's another 24 on top of it!"
Kel was avoiding Jake's eyes and was staring down at their feet, "I-I'm sorry. I didn't know..."
"Well you should have!" Jake was still yelling, "Now we're stuck like this for another day and a half, and all because you don't read instructions!"
"I said I was sorry!" Kel yelled back. He wasn't really angry himself, but thanks to sharing a body, he could feel Jake's anger. "It's not like I did it on purpose!"
"Oh sure, of course not!" Jake said sarcastically, "You only asked to try this with me!
"Ya because I thought it might be fun being body bros!" Kel pulled their pacing to a halt. Jake gave him a stern look and started pacing again, but Kel planted his foot and refused to budge.
The anger inside themselves was only building off of the other, but they were unaware of it happening. Jake pulled his brother again, and Kel resisted the movement. Jake was getting so fed up, that he took a swing at Kel. He hit him in the shoulder, and it sent them spinning around and they stumbled to the ground.
At first Kel was in shock. That was the first time Jake had ever hit him without it being a joke. But that shock quickly dissipated, and Kel took a shot at Jake, nailing him in the closest target, his face. Jake's head reeled back in pain, and he quickly rolled them over so he could pin Kel against the floor. He threw another few jabs, one of them hit them in the stomach and winded them both. Jake rolled onto their back, and tried to catch their breath.
Jake held their stomach and looked over at Kel. He could see that Kel's eyes were watered, and tears had rolled down his face. Suddenly, all the anger that had been building was gone, and Jake stopped holding their stomach, and instead gave Kel a half hug. "Kel, I-I'm so sorry..." Jake pressed his head against Kel's, "I'm so so sorry. I-I didn't mean to take that out on you. You're my little brother, I'm suppose to protect you and shit, not beat the crap out of you!"
"It's ok." Kel said as he chocked on the words, "It's my fault."
"No it's not!" Jake shouted, "All you wanted was to be stuck to me. You know, be stuck to someone you admire, and look up to. And this is what I do to you?!"
Kel looked at Jake a bit confused, "You knew? About why I wanted to join to you?"
"Of course I knew." Jake smiled and ruffled his brother's hair. "I've always known. That's why I try so hard to be a good role model." They started to laugh, and slowly stood up. Jake looked at the spell book and smiled. It was still open to the same page, and Jake read off the spell one more time. Kel gave him a confused stare and started to protest, but Jake just grinned, "It's just another 12 hours of being body bros, body bro." Jake gave Kel a playful nudge, and started into the hall, "Come on, let's go finish the rest of the movie."
They got into the hall, but Kel stopped them once again, "Umm... I think you're forgetting why we even came up here..."
