"You can't just leave us like this!" Kyle complained. He attempted to move forward, but Josh wanted to stand where they were. There was a limbs flailing about in a desperate attempt to stay standing, but like before, they crash onto the ground face first. Josh and Kyle glared daggers at each other as they slowly lifted themselves back up.
Standing next to the open door, Owen couldn't help but chuckle to himself. "You guys really do need to work on teamwork. How about this? When I come home at 6:00, I will give one of you a break from being fused." Owen chuckled as he closed the door behind him.
"Now what?" Kyle sighed. "We're stuck like this till Dad comes back home." Kyle messaged his head. He was getting a headache just thinking about all the stuff they would have to do... together. He shuddered when he though about having to go to the restroom.
"Heck no!" Josh gawked at his brother. "There is no way I am staying attached to YOU for that long." Josh was about to take a step, but stopped himself, remembering about his brother. "Follow me." He said right before taking the step.
Kyle, not wanting to start a fight, followed his brother's lead as they walked to the door. When Josh reached for the handle, Kyle abruptly grabbed a hold of his arm. "What are you doing!? We can't go out there! You want the whole world to see the two-headed brothers!" Kyle exclaimed.
"Kyle, let-go-of-my-arm." he said between his teeth. "Why would I want any of my friends to find out I was stuck to my baby brother... Think!"
Kyle gave him a confused look for a moment, but it quickly changed to a broad smile. "Oh I see what your getting at. You could have let me in on it before though." Kyle let go of his arm, and Josh used it to open the door. Hesitantly, they walked outside, hoping that no one would notice them. Ducking behind Josh's car, the brother's each took off their chains. After counting to three, they jumped up and threw their chains into their next door neighbor's yard. Without stopping to see who would find it, they made a rush back into the house, thankful that they didn't trip over each other's feet.
