Josh hated how adults dismissed teenagers' sexuality saying that they have to wait. Josh was horny for most of the time just like any other 17-year-old boy.
But Josh was about to show all the adults that teenagers also should enjoy themselves. He had a perfect idea for a new reality.
"I wish that in the new reality people would enter their reproductive age when they are 15 and finish it when they're 19. No matter whether they are a boy or a girl people would start their puberty at the age of 13 and then reach their full sexual maturity at the age of 15 (the start of the new reproductive age). By 'full sexual maturity' I mean the stage of sexual development people reached at the age of 20 in the current reality.
In the new reality even though they are already sexually matured at the beginning four years of their reproductive age they will still keep developing (overly), increasing the significance of their primary and secondary sexual characteristics. It means that guys will keep gaining taller, they muscle up and their dicks keep growing. For the girls: their breasts and hips will keep growing, but otherwise they'll become more petite, smaller and generally weaker. Because of that people often finish their reproductive age as caricatures of sexuality, physically unable to do anything but fuck. The thing is there are to be no medical problems due to people's overdeveloped bodies, so even though they might (or rather WILL) become uncomfortable (ESPECIALLY for girls) it's still safe to be like that. The sex-drive, libido, is also to increase continuously until people reach the age of 19.
In the new reality once people reach 19 they will begin a 1-year-long phase of 'un-puberty' when they'll loose all the previously gained sexuality and eventually become infertile. They will remain adults though, just without the possibility and the instinct for procreation; with androgynous looks completely devoid of any sexual characteristics.
This would lead to all the responsibility for procreation of human race to be of the teenagers. That means that: firstly it will be absolutely normal for teenagers to have sex whenever and wherever they wanted. Sex wouldn't be a taboo anymore as well; On quite contrary - polygamy, incest and frequent intercourses in a varieties of ways would be encouraged. There is to be no STDs.
Also, in the new reality in order to keep the population levels stable, the fertility levels will be stellar and there will be no contraceptives in use. That will result all the girls being pregnant virtually all the time, save for the short one-week period of infertility after they give the birth to a baby.
In the new reality when people are in their reproductive age they don't have to care for their children, their grandparents do it for them instead. The only duty they would have towards the children will be for girls to supply their breast milk to feeding the babies.
Additionally all the girls are to be extra flexible and had their vaginae improved when they are pregnant, so that they could keep having sex on a daily basis without any risk of miscarriage.
Just for the fun of it, in the new reality it is physically impossible for a girl to disobey a guy's order. The orders do not influence a girl mentally in any way, they just somehow make the girl's body to act on its own fulfilling the guy's command. The last wish is there just to make sure that it's the males who really choose how and when everything happens.
Finally I want the transition to the new reality to have some one random additional effect which is going to make the experience more interesting, especially for me..."
