Jeff quickly lunged forward and minimized the program, spluttering and stuttering as he tried to come up with an explanation.
"It's nothing!"
His dad raised and eyebrow, and folded his arms. He was smiling slightly.
"Oh really? Well if it's nothing then you won't mind if I take a look."
Jeff's eyes flashed from side to side as his mind raced for an excuse. He then quickly looked up and covered the screen with one hand.
"It's a surprise for you! You go watch your game and I'll come show you in a minute."
His dad unfolded his arms, and smiled wider. He slapped Jeff on the back, making him wince slightly.
"Aw, you didn't have to do that. Well, I'll go wait for you. Feel free to come watch the game, if you want."
As he left, Jeff quickly turned back to the program and pulled it back up, wondering what he should do now.
