When the toonish smoke cleared, John ran over to where his wife popped to try to find all her pieces but he didn't expect to see what he saw. Where Carrie the balloon was now stood Carrie the toon.
"I-Is that you Carrie?!" Said a shocked John.
"Of course it's me John. But I guess I shouldn't be surprised, after all I just blew up like a balloon...how did you get so big?!?"
"WHAT? I'm not big, you just shrunk! Here's your pocket mirror, see for your self!"
Sure enough when Carrie looked at her reflection she saw that she was six inches tall,
and was a half husky/half squirrel anthro! She had a huskies black and white body and head with a squirrels face and tail. She also kept the curves that the inflation gave her, and was wearing a form fitting tanktop and a pair shorts that were colored like the clothes she wore as a human.
"Wow John it feels nice being covered in fur and I love these new clothes, but I really don't like being squirrel sized."
"Well Carrie, if you let me pick you up, I'll take you to the information center and we'll see how they can fix this."
---10 minutes later---
"WHAT? What do you mean she can't be fixed?"
"I'm sorry sir" said the employee,"but I'm afraid that the transformation effect of the Hicumps can't be reversed.It's the reason why so many visitors don't go back to their home world. There's nothing we can do for her. However,in toon world we always want to make sure you're happy, so we can give you four options:
Option 1: If you leave toon world with your transformed wife, she'll become a real imaginary friend.Only you and your relatives will be able to see, touch, and communicate with her, and she'll keep all her toon abilities.
Option 2: We can turn you into a toon and when both of you return home, both of you will become real imaginary friends. Only your relatives will be able to see, touch, and communicate with you two, and you'll both keep all your toon abilities.
Option 3: We can turn her into a normal husky and give you the ability to talk to her and understand what she says. If she goes back to your world like this, she'll still remember everything that happened and will live exactly as long as you do. Also, she'll be a were-anthro every night.
Option 4: If you want to stay in toon world with her, we'll give both of you a permanent transformation treatment of your choice, and we'll teleport your house and everything you own into toon world so that you can continue your lives together.
I'll let you two talk it over. Just tell me when you've reached a decision."
"Well Carrie," said John "I think I'll let you choose. It wouldn't be right for me to decide what happens to your body."
After a while of careful consideration, Carrie reached a Decision.
