As Beth walked pass the open door to Richie's study, she noticed a dry-erase white board with photos and
clipping taped to it. She walked over and stared at "Remember Jeff=Max".
"Who is Jeff?" she asked.
Richie was furious that he had forgotten to close and lock the door to his study. He quickly lied that he was
working on a short story idea for his creative writing class. He knew he hadn't convinced Beth. So while she
was in the bathroom, he started typing. Beth would forget everything from the moment she headed to the
bathroom. She recalled having a terrible headache, and took an aspirin from Richie's medicine chest. He
really needed to deal with Max- er, Jeff.
"Maybe instead of having a dog in common, we should have gay brothers in common. Bruiser is Beth's Brother,
Brad," said Richie as he typed. Beth's home suddenly had another bedroom and bath for her brother and his
dog. A few minutes later, that suite of rooms belonged to her brother and his boyfriend Max. Jeff used Max as
a nickname, Richie typed. Jeff was sobbing. He was painfully aware of all the changes Richie was making to
his reality, and Richie had clicked on Jeff's total awareness, but had restricted his responses. Jeff
couldn't tell anyone he wasn't gay, but he was compelled by the Chronivac to be Bruiser/Brad's dream lover.
Damn, Richie, he thought. He could feel Brad's hairy chest on his back, and felt his cock knot in his ass.
Richie had given Brad a giant dog cock to screw Jeff with, and everyone except Jeff would accept this as
normal and think that Jeff accepted it too. Jeff was proscribed from telling anyone about the Chronivac or
ever touching a Chronivac.
That might have been the end of it, but Richie was still pissed at his brother for planning to turn him into a
dog, and mad that he had never had a dog when he was growing up. Now he typed that Brad would become Bruiser
for 3 days a month on either side of the full moon, and that Jeff would become Max during the same time. Then
he melded the two realities. He must have typed for over two hours.
Beth came out of the bathroom clutching her head, and complaining that she thought she'd had a stroke.
Worried, Richie called an ambulance. He also called Beth's family.
Richie was so worried that he might have actually caused Beth to have a stroke that he had forgotten about
Jeff being human again until he saw him at the hospital.
