The following morning, Sean woke up and had his breakfast. After he finished eating he went back into his room
and checked out the cool-looking amulet, which he had stored in his desk drawer. He figured that the thin wire
was to weak to hang it from, so he decided to use a thick metal chain to hang his amulet from that. The chain
was used to hang a small metal cross, so he just opened it and slid the amulet around the small opening before
closing the chain again.
"There! This will give me good luck when I wear it, especially during football, soccer, wrestling and
swimming!" Sean grinned.
Sean was heavily involved in sports and he had always dreamed of having a younger brother who would practice
along with him while he was preparing to play. Now, thanks to this cool, magical amulet, it seemed like his
wish was about to come true.
Sean walked over to his desk and glanced at the schedule, which was marked on his calendar. Then, he glanced
over and saw Mitch walking outside, just as he glanced at the window next to the desk. Mitch had always been
nice to him, and had always asked him about his sporting events. Sean wondered if Mitch might want to come and
see his practice sessions that day?
Just as Sean was thinking about his schedule, Mitch was overcome by an odd feeling, while walking past Sean's
house. What happened next?
