“Becky…” Iiummi whines sorrowfully, resting his head on his paws and watches Becky. “What’s happening to you?...” The musher looks into the kennel at the sad dog and his mate. He silently opens the kennel door and put only one of the two dog bowls down in the kennel. Thinking that Becky would probably enjoy eating some human food in his company later instead of this dogfood. She's probably not even in shape for eating right now...
Iiummi examines her mate’s strange new features, especially her nose. Her nose is beginning to lose its dark colour and become lighter. He also watches the small tufts of fur falling from her body, which have become bigger then before. Suddenly a smell reaches before… the smell of human… he walks around the kennel, trying to find the source. Suddenly he realises where it’s coming from. "So that's what happening to her?"
“What’s that smell?” Keula asks himself as he sniffs the air. Amber takes a couple of good sniffs herself. “It’s definitely human” Amber answers. Keula give his mate a contented look and a smile. “Yes you’re absolutely right. But it’s not from the musher, it’s from someone else” Before Amber can answer, Keula answers his own question. “A buyer maybe?” Amber sits down and looks a bit confused. “A buyer? A buyer of what, Keula?”
