Now Seera had originally been a human Viking princess who'd
been cursed with the dragons curse when she'd foolishly
donned the Necklace of Freya whilst wearing a milk white dress
which was supposedly pure and clean,but somehow had one tiny
spot of sows blood on it.
That had offended the norse goddess Freya so much that she'd cursed both
that necklace and her would be accolyte.
Centuries had passed,during which dragon-maiden Seera had eventually
died ( that dragons jawbone ) and been awakened to a spiritual
afterlife as a dragon djinn.
So when Seera had been summoned by a squealing sow,with he mortal jawbone nearby and the
cursed Necklace just buried in the sand near that rotting old wooden
chest,she'd furiously done her groundwork.
Thus she'd left Wendy the human girl with a bit of the sow
still in her,enough to curse her Mistress into a dragon-maiden if the
Necklace ever came to grace Wendy's soft white neck.
A state in which Seera would be free of her djinn obligations to Wendy and
could be employed by a new Master/Mistress,perhaps Captain Teague.
So things came to pass and the Flying Clod sailed back into the waves,with a
cursed Wendy down below on the bunks,hot feverish and in the initial stage of her
new life as a flesh and blood maiden/dragon
whilst in Captain Teagues cabin Captain Teague was trying to extract
information from the airy insubstantial djinn spirit Seera without using up
his nine wishes.
Captain Teague now had one dragon djinn incapable of grasping solid objects such as
a 200 pound keg of gunpowder and a 100 pound sick young girl capable,eventually,
of turning into a 2000 pound flesh and blood winged lizard thing that could carry the
bomb in her taloned forepaws and flying over the pursuing Monitors...
