None of the machines interest you,so you decide to go downstairs
and see if theres a exit from the building down there.
The basement floor has puddles of oily water here and there, and the abondoned
machines appear older, more primitive, like they date from
the 1920's to 1940's.
You walk about and notice what appears to be a metal diving suit on suspended trolleys
from the ceiling. The trolleys lead into a huge cylinder vessel 20 feet in diameter
and 40 feet long.
You move closer and notice a control panel with mechanical readouts. It appears to be some sort
of early "Time Flux Chamber" that the long dead scientists never used.
Idly you move the controls to 90 million ( negative )
and push a green button on the panel.
Nothing happens
You walk towards the open hatch of the device and step inside and explore its
darkened interior.
Unknownst to you a green light on the control panel weakly flickers to life.Outside in a
shed beside the main lab a 1930's era diesel engine sputters to life, coughs up a lot of
smoke for a minute then settles into a steady roar.
The green light glows more brightly and the hatch slowly closes behind you and
locks, trapping you inside a malfunctioning time machine thats powering up...
