Nate was walking through the woods alone on a cold, spring night. He was cutting through the woods on his way
home from a friends house. He looked up at the night sky. Just through the tree branches, he could make out
the bright, full moon. Nate let out a quiet howl, as he often did when he saw the full moon.
Little did Nate know that as he trudged through the woods, he was stirring up the long dormant wild magic of
the forest. This magic snaked its way along the ground, quickly catching up to the unsuspecting young man.
Unseen by his human eyes, the magic worked its way around Nate, slowly transforming him.
He suddenly felt itchy all over. Nate stopped and started scratching himself all over his body repeatedly. It
was then that he started to notice the long hairs, almost able to feel them growing out. He felt a dull pain
around his fingertips and looked at them, shocked to find they were growing out, becoming thicker and sharper,
like claws. He looked on in a stunned awe as the hairs on the back of his arms grew thicker. Part of him
realized even then what was happening, even if he couldn't quite believe it.
From there, the transformation seemed to accelerate. Nate's muscles swelled and grew as his chest barreled
out, shredding his t-shirt. His tennis shoes ripped apart and he fell to his knees as his feet stretched and
transformed into digigrade paws. The seams of the legs of his jeans ripped apart as his leg muscles grew,
exposing the dark grey and black fur underneath. His teeth grew out into large fangs as his face slowly pushed
out into a lupine snout. His ears grew to points and moved to the top of his head. His cries of pain turned to
growls until the transformation finished.
Looking over his new lupine body, Nate slowly rose to his new feet. He had often dreamt of turning into a
werewolf and now somehow he finally was able to. He threw his head back and let out a loud howl that echoed
through the night.
He ran off into the forest, disappearing into the dark night. He was going to enjoy this.
