Now like most "Gods" Ty quickly grew bored with the wish granting game, and went away, leaving
the dragon to his own devices.
The dragon, being fourty feet long, quickly grew hungry and without thinking,
stuck its snout in the back of the tent where the Durhal Cathedral Ladies Auxillary
were sells burgers, hotdogs and snacks out of.
No one noticed the toothy snouty head sneak in,look warily that no one was looking, then
gobble up a box of burgers.
Then it was a box of frankfurters.
Then it was a box of sausages.
So there the dragon stood behind the tent, when it realized that it was behaving aas a
dragon,not as a re-enactor playing a dragon.
The dragon tried to recall its human name, but couldn't.Was it
Charrl'n or Ssssarl'n?
The former human quickly realized that something had gone wrong with his wish.
His human mind had changed into a dragon's mind, which meant the animal couldn't imagine
what it used to be,just a small furless ape running around in noisy metal skin.
When the dragon tried to recall in his inner dragons's eye what he used to look like, all he
could recall was a approximation of what a dragon might view a human as,which
the dragon knew from his fading human instincts was not correct.
So the beast surged forward to seek out the wishmaking tent, only to discover that
the tent and Ty were nowhere in sight.
Frantic with loss, the dragon quickly fled to the woods surrounding the Fair,to hide
for the remaininder of the day
Finally night came and the sleeping dragon slowly shrank back into Carlen the human.
