"I wish you were 33 years old (the same age as me)."
"Oh come on, I don't want to pretend to be someone I'm not at another age." I argued with my mother.
My mother raised her eyebrow at me, making me remember that I tried to do the same thing to her just a while ago.
"I wish I was 33 years old." I said as the ring granted my wish and my height grew to 5'8. I could feel my hair grow down to my neck as a goatee grew around my face. Unexpectedly my clothes changed into something more smart casual.
"Well now, look at this handsome fellow." My mother said eying me up and down.
"Some snazzy clothes and you look good and ready for our night out."
"Night out? What are you talking about?"
"Oh don't you remember, I said I can date any man my age and now here he is."
"But I don't have any," I began then reached into my pocket and pulled out a wallet to see it had a couple of 100 dollar bills in it. "Money?"
"Well looks like, you have the age, the looks, and the cash. Now all you need is the ambition; so for my third and final wish: I wish that for the whole night you would take me to where I wanted to go and if anyone you or I know sees us, than I want you to say you're my date: Victor." My mother wished.
"Wait doesn't that count as two wishes?"
"Since the name thing is part of the wish, no."
"Okay, just remember this is your last wish; I wish for the whole night I would take my mother where ever she wants to go and if anyone asks who I am, I will say that I'm her date: Victor."
As I finished making the wish, nothing seemed to have happened.
"Did it work?" I asked.
"Well I don't know young man, who are you again?" My mom asked in a sly tone.
"I'm Victor, your date." I answered without hesitation. My mother smiled at me.
"Okay so it worked, now where would you like to go?" I asked her.
I'd like to go to................
