Amy and Lina followed the store clerk to his front desk where he began
charging the girls for the things they are buying as well as a pair of
collars that he put on the desk. One of the collars looked like it was
for a cat; it was light blue with pink stripes, and had a cute little
bell on it that had Amy’s name engraved in it. The other collar was
meant for a dog; it was yellow with orange dots on it, and had a pink
tag shaped in heart with Lina’s name on it.
“These collars are meant for each of you,” the clerk said. “One of
their functions is to keep your animalistic desires under control.
They’re on the house.”
“Thanks,” Lina said as she and Amy tried on their collars.
“You said this was one of their functions,” Amy commented, “What else
do these do?”
