Patrick was stunned as a small light just appeared from his youngest sister's room. "Mom?" Patrick asked, realizing that this light was his mom, and that his mom was a fairy. "Yes Honey." Jane said as she gentley stroked her only son's cheak. Patrick was not only her only son, but her only child to have asperger's syndrome, a form of autisum. "Your a..fairy?" The young boy asked as he was trying to take it all in.
"Yes Patrick. I've been a fairy my whole life, I took on a human form so I could learn about the human world." She explained, reverting back to her full size and picking him up. Patrick felt better as soon as his mom started stroking him. "I not only learned about humans, but I fell in love with one and have four wonderful children." Jane smiled, playfully poking Patrick's nose.
"Does dad know?" Patrick asked. "Yes, I told him before he proposed. You are he first of our kids to find out though." Jane said. "I'm so sorry we kept this from you and your sisters." Jane said, sitting down as she looked him straight in the eyes.
"Mom, am I a fairy too, or a half fairy?" Patrick asked, kind of weirded out, but mostly excited with the prospect of being a fairy. "You are a full fairy. there are no half fairies. either you are or your not." Jane explained.
Patrick was about to speak again when he started to feel kind of light headed. Patrick saw that everything, his mother included was getting bigger. Patrick started to panic as Jane acted quickly. She enchanted Patrick's clothing to strink with him. Patrick's ears became pointy and antenia grew from his forehead. his wings grew out as his mother shrank down and started to comfort him. "shhhhh, it's ok, your just becoming a fairy." Jane said as she looked at him. He was indeed adorible as a fairy boy.
Patrick started to levitate as his wings lefted him up. However Jane caught him. "It's ok honey." She said as she touched her antenia to Patrick's. Patrick felt knowledge flow into his mind as his wings stopped fluttering. "touching antenia, that's all it takes?" Patrick asked as he looked at his mother. "Yeas dear, it's how fairies convey knowledge." She said, kissing his forehead. Patrick smiled as he hugged his mom. "Mom, when will you tell Larua and Jill?" Patrick asked. "When I feel they are close to becoming fairies like you, I already made your father into a fairy too." Jane said as She and Patrick both returned to human form.
