Tim found himself, er, herself in the public park not too far from his own home. It wasn't too busy today,
being a school day, but Tim could hear someone laughing heartily in the distant background. It was a male's
voice, but not Paul's. Tim's demonic senses couldn't make out exactly where it was coming from, which easily
bothered him. Being in Hell for only a few minutes, knowing for sure that it existed now wasn't just a myth to
scare people into submission, shook up Tim greatly. It was almost as if a bird could pop into Tim's vision,
and he would jump in fright, despite currently having great magical power. What shook him up more was how
easily he agreed to become a demoness in order to get back to his own body. He worried about whether he had
damned his own soul by agreeing to the deal to corrupt Evelyn into Hell, but he felt that he didn't have any
other choice. The demon whom he had met had seemed sincere in his bargain, yet Tim couldn't shake off the
feeling that he had been scammed somehow. After all, demons deceived humans. They were tricksters, at least
according to most monotheistic canon(or mythology, depending on what stance you take), and you couldn't trust
them to make a deal unless something hidden was in it for them as well. Gulping, Tim started to head in the
direction of Paul and Evelyn.
Approaching them from the sidewalk, Tim's latent demoness femininity started to kick in, and as Paul and
Evelyn-Tim were busy talking about something in private(listening closely, Tim could make out that it was
something about the spellbook that Paul had), he tried his best to attract their attention by walking past
them seductively. Tim felt ridiculous. It was almost like an act you might find in Looney Toons, but not
surprisingly, perhaps inevitably, the two of them started looking over at her with wide eyes. With a flick of
his hair, he was now Tammy(as he decided what his temporary alias would be).
"Who's that?" asked Evelyn-Tim.
"No idea" answered Paul. "She looks around our age, but I've never seen her at school before. She looks very
pretty. Almost hot."
"Want to go up and talk to her?" asked Evelyn-Tim?
"I don't know, Timmy. She's probably busy, and from what my sisters tell me, girls don't like being accosted
by guys in public. Believe it or not, a lot of them like to make the first move, I believe."
"Yeah, well..." started Evelyn-Tim. He(the fake Tim) couldn't believe that he was friends with such a loser
like Paul. He seemed to be almost asexual. Little interest in girls. No interest in boys. Thankfully, no
interest in animals. But Paul was a total wet blanket when it came to dating, thought (fake) Tim.
"I'm going to go up to her anyway, just to say hi. Who knows, we might make a new friend out of her. You can
come up and approach her with me if you want to."
Evelyn-Tim pushed his glasses back up the bridge of his nose, hoping he didn't look too geeky, and began to
jog up to the raven haired teenage girl wearing all black, who in reality wanted to ruin his soul.
