"Geez, won't he give it a break already?" mutters Sash to himself. For three weeks now he has been recieving emails daily from his best friend Barry to try out this new game online. The funny thing is that during those same three weeks he hasn't seen his friend once. As soon as he found this game he locked himself in his apartment and has been doing a perfect impression of a hermit. He doesn't even answer his phone anymore for some reason.
Sash gets up from his computer and stretches for a moment, pondering what else he has to do today. You would think that a healthy young man of 25 years like him would have plenty of things to do and friends to visit but sadly that is not the case. Growing up with an old world name like Sasha that his parents cursed him with did not help his popularity at all. Even though he shortened it to Sash when he was 10, all of his teachers refused to use the nickname and seemed to get great pleasure from the snickers of his classmates when his real name was used. This caused him to become a loner and thus he tended to stay inside watching TV and playing video games instead of running and doing sports so he was also a bit overweight. His face didn't look bad but since he rarely hung out with other people he tended to neglect personal hygiene and his hair was always unkempt. These bad habits learned from childhood followed him into his adulthood and so he continued to isolate from other people. Instead of working at an office he got a tech job that he could perform from home. His only connection to the outside world was Barry, and even that seemed to be disappearing since his best friend had dropped off the face of the Earth into this game.
Deciding that he had nothing better to do today, Sash sat back down at his computer and clicked on the link in the email from his friend. It brought him to the homepage for a very strange looking game. Sash couldn't tell exactly what it was about but whatever it was, It had to be X-rated, judging by the pictures. It turned out to be a mix of a monster catching game and a collectable card game(or CCG). Since it had piqued his interest he decided to sign up. As soon as he did an avatar that looked very much like him appeared on the screen. "That's wierd" he mumbled. Before he could play he had to choose from 5 different starter decks. There was "Aphrodite's Dream" which seemed to have all female cards with various states of undress, "Adonis' Desire" which looked like Aphrodite's dream's counterpart with men instead of women, "Beastly Bounty" which had many different animals, "Fae Frenzy" which looked to be all about mythical creatures, and "Pandora's Box" which had no description but instead a warning that it was for advanced players only.
Sash chose his deck and as soon as he did, he recieves a game invite from Barry.
