James smiled as he clicked Shannon's name. In the back of his mind he wondered what kind of game a guy like
Shannon would be playing. He thought he knew Shannon pretty well, but not as well as he would have liked.
You see, James was gay. Well, maybe not exactly gay. He only liked on guy, and that guy was Shannon. But did
Shannon even count as a guy? He had dick, at least James thought he did, and he conducted himself like a guy.
But he had a girl's name and looked like a girl, albeit with very short hair.
When the program on Shannon's computer changed screens, James was surprised. It was not displaying anything
that looked like a game, but a very... intimate... description of Shannon. James looked it over. Age, height,
weight, eye color, everything seemed correct. James was disappointed when his eyes scanned down to "Sexual
Orientation" and saw that it read 'Straight'. Reading even further down James began to feel a little dirty.
Not only did the program display basic measurements, but also things like penis size. James was a bit take
aback when he noticed the program pegged Shannon at a respectable 8 inches.
Moving the mouse to close the screen, James missed the close button by an inch, instead clicking on eye color.
He was even more surprised by the box that opened. It looked like one of those color selection screens in
PhotoShop. Shannon had always had piercing blue eyes, like the aquamarine that was his birthstone, but James
always had a thing for steel blue. He found a color similar to that, and clicked it. The dialogue box closed
and the statistics screen now said that Shannon had green eyes.
His curiosity piqued, James wanted to see what else the program would let him change. The first thing he did
was change Shannon's orientation from "Straight" to "Gay". He then changed Shannon's relationship status box
to "Dating James Mayer". He decided to leave "Penis Size" alone.
James scrolled to the bottom of the screen, happy with his changes. He scanned over a few other buttons,
entering in value for strange boxes like "Time" (0 min) "Duration" (Infinite) and "Aware?" (No) before
clicking the "Make Changes" button.
At that moment Shannon walked back into the room with his coffee.
"What are you doing?" He asked James.
"Nothing!" James cried. "Just looking at your game!"
"Oh, is that what that program is? I had no idea." Shannon replied, setting his coffee down.
"What?" James asked, looking up into Shannon's now green eyes.
"Oh, nothing." Shannon said, sitting down next to James before leaning against his shoulder.
It took James a moment to realize what was happening. Not only had Shannon's eye color changed, but he was now
acting like they were dating. James decided to test the waters.
"I love you." He hesitantly whispered in Shannon's ear.
"I love you too." Shannon replied back, much less hesitantly. "But why do you sound so unsure?"
"Oh, no reason." James said, trying desperately to contain his excitement. "Hey, I'd like a coffee too,
please. No milk or sugar. I take mine black. Could you get it for me?"
"Sure thing." Shannon replied before standing up and going back to the kitchen.
James almost jumped up as soon as he was gone, and was soon back on the computer, eager to find what other
changes he could make.
