You manage to follow the smoke to its origin -- only being distracted briefly by a couple of billboards for shampoo that you pass -- and land on the street where the fire department is already almost finished fighting a fire. The building is quite charred, but you notice in one of the front windows a partly-melted mannequin wearing the remains of a pink teddy.
"Oh, no!" you wail. "Pretty clothes! Like, what went on here?"
A police captain walks up to you and says to your boobs, "Just an explosion and fire that destroyed this lingerie store, Super Bimbo. We don't know the cause, but all the employees and customers did get out safely." The genie had obviously changed reality to account for the existence of Super Bimbo, but you are of course oblivious to that fact.
"Um, okay," you say, and take another look at the ruins of the building. "Um, like, why am I here?"
"I knew you'd be here, Super Bimbo!" comes a female voice from above you. You look for its source and see someone on a second-floor fire escape of a nearby building. You guess she's a woman because of the long black hair she has in a ponytail, although what little figure she has is covered by a long white lab coat and khaki pants, and she doesn't even seem to be wearing any makeup, although her eyes are covered by a pair of goggles. Her shoes don't even have heels!
"Huh? You did?" you ask.
"Yes!" she exclaims. "Any loud noise, and your clueless self appears to make things worse! You're a menace to this town and everyone in it! And I'm going to put a stop to you and everything you stand for!"
You blink a couple of times, not quite understanding what she's saying. "Uh, what? Like, do I even know you?"
"Oh, for the love of --" She takes her goggles off and rubs her eyes out of frustration, not bothering to put the goggles back on. Looks like she's not wearing any eye makeup, either!
"Hey, you're, like, Chinese!" you blurt, now that you can see her almond-shaped eyes.
"I'm an American of Japanese descent," she insists, "and I am your opposite, your antithesis, your nemesis -- call me Genius Woman."
"An-tith-uh-sis?" You roll that word around on your tongue.
A junior officer is now standing next to the captain, and he asks, "Should we do something?"
The captain replies, "Are you kidding? I want to see what happens."
What happens is that Genius Woman reaches down and picks up what looks like a ray gun out of a 1950s sci-fi movie. "Vengeance will be mine, Super Bimbo! Can you guess what my device does? No, of course you can't! So let me tell you..."
