While Trish's gaze remained fixed on Jamie as she crested the treetops, Liz's was drawn down by the sound of
whimpering. Looking to her right she noticed Jenn the dog frantically scratching at her neck with her hind
paw. To her horror, black fur was flying with each scratch! Grasping Trishes arm, she tugged repeatedly
until her friend noticed Jennifer's situation.
"Oh shit," Trish exclaimed. "She must be turning back. Ouch! that looks like a painful version of shaving!"
Jenn wasn't going to have to scratch all her fur off, though; as they watched, black fluff began shedding out,
revealing smooth skin once more even as Jennifer's head began to round and return to it's human shape.
Rippling down her body, her spine realigned and her shoulders rounded, breasts popping out as her ribs
rearranged. Fingers lengthened as her hands reformed and her thighs and butt plumped back up to their
original form. Finally reaching her feet, her heels lowered as her insteps shrank, toes spreading for balance.
Within thirty seconds the original Jennifer stood before them once again, blinking and shaking her head as her
hair lengthened and fluffed.
Noticing Liz and Trish staring, Jenn looked down at herself, then back up before glancing around. "Where's
Jamie?" she asked, a puzzled frown turning down the corners of her mouth. "What are you guys staring at me
for? Do I have something on my face?" She lifted her hands, finding only a bit of dark fuzz clinging to her
eyelashes.
The frown didn't last though, as she broke out in a grin and approached her friends. "You guys! I missed you!
I feel like I've been gone for a while and I just really, really missed you! Wanna play a game? We can do a
cheer! Wait, where's Jamie? Jamie! Is she lost?" Becoming almost instantly frantic, Jenn spun in circles,
scanning the treeline around the clearing for signs of her missing friend.
"Shh, it's okay Jenn, she's alright!" Trish tried to calm her friend while stifling a laugh. She couldn't
believe it had worked so well! Jenn was more concerned with her missing buddy than with her previous anger.
She'd really learned to appreciate friends while in bitch form - what a contradiction! Stroking Jenn's hair,
Trish murmured soothing words as she would if Jenn were still a dog.
"Here, Jenny, why don't you sit down next to me?" Trish lowered to the ground, sitting on her uniform and
patting the grass next to her. Jenn turned and circled once, crouching on her haunches and relaxing, her
mouth parting slightly as her breathing evened out.
Liz suppressed a giggle. Jenn was definitely not completely herself, but perhaps that wasn't a bad thing.
They'd have to do something about some of the remaining doggish characteristics, but she was much more docile
and less of the uber-bitch she had been!
"You have the curse again, Jenn, so it's your turn to pass it on to one of us" Trish smoothed a hand down
Jennifer's slender arm, taking her hand and drawing her adoring gaze.
"The curse?" Jenn quired. "Transform or dare?"
Liz yelped "Shit! ... I mean, oh, right, I guess it is your turn, Trish."
