You realize that the casual drug use and the disgrace of turning your dream of acting into pornography would
make you regret moving forward with this reality. With a heavy heart and a sigh you clicked the revert now
button.
The machine seemed to have preloaded the reversion process because the timer didnt pop up and Chris
immediately felt a wave of coolness wash over his body.
Even though Chris knew he could go right back into the settings and become a buff, hot, twenty something year
old at almost any time, it was still sad for him to let it go regardless of how brief it will be.
Its for the best he thought to himself, I need to stand by my values with such power at my fingertips.
The machine finished its whirring and Chris knew it was done. He couldn't bring himself to look in the mirror
but he knew he was back to his average self.
The one thing Chris knew with all the certainty in the world, was that he didnt want his dad to find and take
this from him.
He went into the settings for his father and re deleted all the info regarding this toy... then he had a
better plan...
Rather than deleting it from his memory, he made his dad think that he gave it to Chris as a present. That way
if he saw it, he wouldnt think twice about it. Chris also changed his dad's understanding of what it was. To
his dad, it will now be a stupid kids game, so childish that even he didnt understand why he got it for Chris.
Then Chris added the surrounding memories, that though the gift itself wasnt that great, the thought was very
much appreciated and Chris promised he'd play with it and give it a chance.
Chris was now certain that his father had no interest whatsoever in the device, wouldn't mess with it, and
wouldn't think twice about Chris having it...
With that he clicked GO! and the timer popped up showing 5 seconds. Apparently it was a small fast easy change
for the device.
Once the timer hit 0 the screen flickered and the same previous message box came up asking if he wanted to
revert now or save changes. This time he clicked save changes with no hesitation. The details of the brief
alternate reality were fading from his mind but he still remembered working out that morning and getting ready
to go to work.
Sadly, he could no longer feel the effects of the workout he did. I guess his adult muscles did the workout
and so when they went away the workout did too.
So, Chris no longer has a day full of plans and he is sitting in front of a body, life, and world changing
machine, with his dad in the next room, thinking he is playing on a child's game...
