Mike stared at his reflection, watching as black fur continued to slowly creep over his face. The redhaired warrior on his back was still massaging his face, encouraging a muzzle to push further. "I'd like my new master to finish me, if he can. I think that would make a stronger bond between us."
Aaron grinned. "Oh, yes! That would be perfect!"
The Wizard nodded, but said "It will indeed create a powerful bond, one that will overpower any connections to other worlds or places. All realities will change so that you are and always have been a horse."
Mike looked at his still-changing reflection. "I am your warhorse, Aaron. Do everything you wish to make me the best warhorse I can be." As he spoke the words, he felt a strong pulse roll through his body. Aaron nodded, and continued his caress. The transformation moved faster now, a muzzle pushing out as Mike's skull deflated behind thickening brows. His head began to drift downward, the chest and neck supporting it thinning and altering into a powerful equine neck.
Mike felt dazed now, pleasantly content as he appoached completion. Aaron began rubbing the top of his head, making him a little drowsey. There was dim awareness of changes inside his head now, memories and instincts of human life being replaced with those of a horse. He felt no fear, for in truth he no longer had the intelligence to understand what was happening. He was happy, his master was pleased with him, and there was a mare.
Aaron slid off the massive Shire's back and gave the animal an affectionate pat. The Wizard cast a spell at teh beast and nodded in satisfaction. "It is done. The curse is broken and we are free! Let's give him his reward. I hope he survives adventuring to enjoy retirement later. He'll have earned the few years left."
And so Mike started his new, shorter, and simpler life as a war horse. Back in Tye's bedroom, in another existance, the jacket he ahd been wearing changed into a horse blanket, and then vanished.
