"I kind of like it too." I admitted, my own face blushing a bit under my stubble.
The short blonde looked back at me and her grin returned. "Then... do something else."
"Excuse me?" Another voice interrupted.
We looked up and saw our victim from before, the former fat girl made into an average girl. She was even more shy than Michelle had been, and kept glancing behind herself nervously as she wrung her hands.
"Y-Yes?" I asked, suddenly alarmed. I had wished nobody else would notice, but clearly the transformee had noticed!!
"I mean... uh... you... you... did that... right?" The girl winced sheepishly and stared at her feet nervously. She was taller than Steph but shorter than me and Michelle. She was now slim and dainty, with long brown hair and blue eyes. Smallish chest, smallish build. Petite. It was ridiculous to think she had just been a huge flabby blob.
"Yes." I whispered nervously.
"I just... I just wanted to... thank you." She stammered, practically crying with emotion. "I don't know how, but, thank you." She gulped, looked up at me and Steph, and smiled warmly.
"Hey, baby..." Steph rose and gave the other girl a hug. "It's okay. Come here, sit."
"R-Really?" The new brunette grinned. "Really? Sure!"
"I'm Steph." The little firecracker introduced herself. "And that's Joe. Maybe he'll tell you what happened."
"Well, I have... a ring. A magic ring." I said, seeing the girl's face brighten in amazement. "And, we just kind of picked you at random. How did it feel?"
"Uh." The girl blushed deeply. "Good. I've always dreamed of being smaller, but, just couldn't keep the weight down, you know?"
"Well, now you can." I grinned, wishing that the new girl's metabolism would always keep her weight like it was without effort.
"Anyway, uh... I should... go. I don't want to bug you." She went to get up, but Steph held her hand firmly.
"Hey." The blonde smiled. "Naw, don't go. We're doing cool stuff. Right, Joe?"
"Yeah!" I laughed. "And what's your name?"
"I-I'm Kim." She said happily. "Sorry, it's just... I don't really have friends. Or... or people to hang out with."
"Well, now you do." Steph smiled. "Right, Joe?"
"Yeah! Welcome to our weird little club, apparently." I snickered. This prompted both Kim and Steph to chuckle.
