The boys waited for something to happen, but nothing did. The pleasure that Mr. Mendes had felt disappeared.
"What are you boys doing?" , asked Mr. Mendes. He confiscated the book, and looked at the contents of it. There were pictures of naked people and sex in it.
"Boys!", he cried, "This is extremely inappropriate! Just wait until your mother hears about this..."
Just then, a phone rang in the other room.
"I'll get it." Mr. Mendes said. When he came back, he told the boys that he had to be a subsitute at a school.
"Just stay here for the day, and think about what you did.". With that, he walked out the door with the book. While he left the household and drove to the school, he looked at the book more carefully. It contained many interesting transforming spells in it. He might be able to try it out on the students he will be teaching that day.
