You decisively walk downstairs to the kitchen and throw the container of BOD into the trash. You want nothing to do with magic anymore, not now that it has potentially ruined your life. How are you going to have a normal existence when you're now part dog?
As if to reinforce your train of thought, you find yourself disgusted at the fact that your nose is twitching with excitement at all the scents emanating from your garbage can. You have to fight the desire to root through the trash in a mad search for yesterday's leftovers.
Before you know it I'll probably be dumpster diving, you think to yourself irritatedly. But what can you do now? If only you hadn't gone to that blasted shop...
THAT SHOP! you finally realize. If it really is magic, maybe there's a way to turn me back to normal!
You conveniently forget your resolution to have nothing more to do with magic, and quickly get ready to head back to the shop. However, when you stand in front of the mirror you realize your nose stands out like a sore thumb. There has to be a way to hide it. Some sort of make-up might disguise the color, but nothing can change the shape.
Suddenly, you remember a pair of Groucho Marx glasses you got as a party favor a while back. Digging through piles of random junk, you find them at the bottom of a drawer. You have no intention of going out looking like a complete clown, however. Instead of wearing the whole get-up, you instead pop the plastic nose off the glasses and yank off the fake mustache. With a little bit of thin wire, you then attach the nose to your sunglasses. It looks odd, but probably less odd than your canine nostrils.
The strange smell of the plastic is torture for your new nose, but you are determined to make it work. Determinedly, you head out to search for the source of your woes: the magic shop. Amazingly, you manage to reach the vicinity of the shop with nothing more than a few odd looks for your troubles, although you can smell anything and everything despite the annoying plastic odor.
