Koa had just graduated college and was looking for a place to stay so she could get a job and just get on with life in general. She had found this big house in the suburbs for a cheap price as well, with some help from her parents she bought the place.
When Koa first entered the place she found that all the items the previous owner had were still in the building. Her real estate agent had told her that anything left in the house was hers. This amazed Koa as it would save her a ton of money.
She looked around upstairs and she went into the master bedroom. She opened the closet to find all the clothes were still there, she also found out that the previous owner had been a girl as well. Inside were clothes of all sorts and amazingly they all fitted Koa perfectly. It was amazing.
Koa went about her day sorting out things like WiFi, the tv and bringing in all of her belongings. However throughout her day she kept hearing this voice inside her head, it only ever said one word.
"leave."
Koa was getting ready for bed and was lying in bed when she heard the door lock; from the outside.
Koa couldn't get out, she tried the door she tried everything, but still she was trapped. Koa started hearing the voice again, but this time it was talking to her, asking her questions and telling her things.
"I told you to leave, you had your chance. No one is allowed to live here unless they do my bidding." Said the voice. " what's your name?" The voice was very high pitched, very feminine.
"Koa, my name is Koa," she stuttered.
"Well then, Koa. What'll it be, leave or do my bidding."
"Who are you?" Out of nowhere a girl appeared in front of Koa. It was the palest girl Koa had ever seen. Her skin was entirely white but her hair was a dark black. Koa couldn't make out her figure much but she appeared to be extremely busty with an hourglass figure to match.
"Why Koa I'm Agatha, the ghost of this place. As you can tell I prefer to live alone" she giggled. "Now that I've revealed my self will you leave?"
"No, I wont leave. This is my house, I payed for it I own it."
"Then you'll do my bidding?"
"No, I own this place and everything in it so that means I own you."
"Fine then, if you wont leave or do my bidding, I'll have to make you." Suddenly a box appeared next to Agatha. She pulled out some form of bottle.
"Now, where should we start."
