You wake up in a brightly lit room, dazed and confused. You can't move, finding yourself strapped to a chair, your arms tied to the padded arm rests, only able to move your head around slightly, as your legs are tied down as well. You're in a small rectangular room, maybe only 15 feet wide, with the chair centered in the middle. The wall are white a bare, with only a large blank television screen in front of you. To your horror the screen is showing a live feed of yourself, struggling with the binds holding you to the chair. You notice a camera pointed at you just above.
The last think you remember is trying to make a clean get away with your twin brother Mike after you broke into the rich professor's home down the street and swiped a few of his expensive electronics. You both hadn't made it far as the alarm went off and the place filled up with smoke. Next thing you know you're alone tied in some dungeon to a chair.
You yell out, but get no response.
Suddenly, the screen in front of you switches to black, then large white text appears. A deep digitized voice begins to read the text out loud.
"Hello Kevin.
Welcome to your game. You have no choice but to play.
The rules are simple. I give you options, and you choose.
Your choices will have consequences. Fail to choose and you will lose.
GOOD LUCK"
The screen goes blank again, for a moment, before going back to the video of your cell.
No wait. That's not the same. To your horror you realize that on the screen is your brother Mike. He's strapped to a chair similar to yours, looking around in confused fear.
"What the hell!" you scream, "let us go you sicko!"
At first there's no response, as you stare at your brother trapped in a similar room as you. A sound of a door opening. On the screen you see a small panel in the corner of the room open up. Mike begins to yell in terror as you both see the broad pointed head of a snake enter his room. Its a python of some kind, relatively small only 2 or 3 feet long, slowly slithering into his room as your brother struggles against the binds tying him to the chair in vain.
Although he is not in mortal danger, the horror dawns as on you as you remember that Mike has a terrible phobia of snakes. Even when you were kids the mere sight of a garter snake in the grass made him flip out. Before you have a chance to think about what to do, large red text superimposes on top the image on the screen.
"CHOOSE"
Three large square images appear, lined up in a row, like the apps on your phone. Each has a different image. The first shows a cropped image of a snake. The second a rat. The third apparently a weasel of some sort.
As large white arrow cursor appears on the screen. To your amazement, it moves and tracks where you're looking on the screen. The icons highlight as you look over them.
Now you notice a large countdown to the side. Huge text, starting from 20, counting down to 19.

Realizing that you don't to find out what happens if your "fail to choose", you decide you have to pick one.
What could these choices possibly mean?!
As the countdown goes down to 9 you make your choice, staring at one of the icons. It highlights, then flashes, as the screen fades back to the scene in your brother's room, the sounds of his terrified screams filling your ears.
