"Can we go out?" I asked after a moment, when Lartara didn't immediately answer Nyl's question.
This raised some surprised looks from the others, and I guessed that many of the others when they became the Warriors that they were that they either spent more time in the barracks, or likely in Eira's case, went on duty almost immediately. Some of it may have come from your remembering how long I had been a prisoner, but on some level I didn't think that was really too much of an issue. While my new instincts relished the musky Lycothan scent of the barracks, coming from both the others and now myself, I was curious about what had changed since I went into the facility. I had been unconscious when I came into the prison and thus I couldn't even tell what area was like when I went in. It left me curious about what had happened in the world, and going outside would sate that curiosity and would give me the opportunity the wish that went through my mind when I changed. To run... to feel the wind in my fur.
"You want to go outside the barracks?" Lexeira asked curiously, "but you just joined us!"
"And I'd love to have my sisters come with me," I answered, "but... I would like to see what has happened in the world since I first came into the facility..."
There was a short silence among them as I paused.
"I mean..." I continued on, rolling one paw-like hand for a moment, "Before now... you knew me as ""Human 992014" who resisted the inevitable at all costs. I don't even know how long I resisted... and I don't know how much Earth has changed while I was a prisoner."
"You want to see what has changed?" Raksha asked raising an eyebrow with some curiosity in her question.
"Yes," I nodded my muzzle, and turned to Lartara, "that is allowed, right?"
"We are not made to stay in the barracks all the time," Lartara nodded, "but we would have to return in order to sleep before going back on duty tomorrow."
I wagged my tail, "So, can we go out? See what has changed?"
"I see no problem," Lartara commented, "Though you girls will need to be ready to go out if you wish to come along..."
"Okay," came the answer from all of them, and my own golden eyes widened briefly as the response was almost immediate.
Fur grew on them almost immediately, largely matching their hair color. Their muscle, already a sight to behold, grew larger, even as fur covered it. Sharp looking toenails and fingernails lengthened into actual claws. It seemed to accompany an almost sexual moan/snarl as Eira and the others shifted from the more human like form to what was probably the real Lycothan form, the more wolven form that I was in. And I could smell their musky scent grow stronger as they changed. I found myself smiling as I watched Eira's nose blacken and begin to push forward into what would be her own muzzle. I remembered being human and I wanted humans to be treated as fairly and "humanly" as possible. I wanted them to have their choices. But found myself relishing in the power that I felt in my body. I liked the acceptance that the others had given me as I came out of Lartara's quarters as a Warrior Lycothan.
"Ourrrrr ttrrrrans...forrrrrrm...may...shuns arrrrre..." Eira tried to say through her changing mouth, taking a very growling tone as it changed, though she likely noticed the look of awe on my own face.
"Huh?" I asked... I understood that for the moment, Eira's changing anatomy would make actual speaking difficult, as I remembered having the same trouble during my own transformation.
"Our transformations are a matter of thought," Lartara spoke up, sensing that Eira and the others couldn't fully answer as they began to rise up as their feet lengthened into the digitigrade legs of a "werewolf." "Think about being in your wolf form and you'll take that form. Think about being in the more human-like form and you'll take that form... and with practice, you can even change only parts of your body to suit specific needs or intents.Though stress, intense emotion, or intense passion might also trigger a change..."
You nodded and looked to the others as they changed. They grew taller, fur covered them, and things grew bigger. Their muscles enlarged, their teeth enlarged, and their breasts grew with them to fit their enlarging frames. There was a great deal of feral beauty as I watched Eira's ears go from rounded human-like ears on the sides of her head into triangular wolf-like ears on the top of her head with only the Warrior's Crest of her hair between her ears.
"So... beautiful," I said slowly and in amazement I felt myself becoming warm between my legs again as I watched all of them turn into great beasts of the earth.
"Yes," Lartara agreed.
All of them had stood up as their changes began to finish and as they did so, they all began to howl to announce their change. Lartara and I found ourselves howling as well, to join them in a lupine chorus.
"Well... we're ready," Marrh announced as she gave a very wolfish smile.
"Yes..." I smiled back and wagged my tail in excitement, "Let's go outside and see what's changed in the world."
