Patrick and Frank look at each other. They know if they say no the cop would know some thing was up and sens Nolan was naked he is an animal now and if they got cought with an unregisterd animal in there care they could go to jail. Nolan is then led to the back of the vet to be neutered and the hole time Nolan can not beleave his luck. Nolan is strapped and held in place on all fours. the vet give Nolan some pain killers them brings out an elastrator. He takes Nolan's ball and slips them threw the band on the elastrator and then released the band. The vet then took out a small looking gun and shot Nolan with his new microchip sealing his fate for ever. Nolan is then led back to the front to his new owners Patrick and Frank. the vet gives them a leash and tell them his balls will fall off in a week or so. Patrick and Frank then take there new pet back to the park. they tell him " hay man sorry this all happen but we can still let you fuck a stray be for you cant get it up again."
