It didn't work as you'd hoped. You are still an 8-month-old baby, functionally a newborn. However, it is now 2050, and many things have changed. A medical revolution in the 2040s discovered that it is healthier to use a diaper for your entire life. It was found that oral stimuli (especially thumb and pacifier sucking) lower stress and increase life span to a whopping 200 years. Breastfeeding until age 30 was found to also aid in longevity. School was found to be more effective if they instantly downloaded the knowledge into your brain at age 35. Basically, the world has been infantilized.
Luckily, you've kept your memories this time.
---------------------------------2066-------------------------
You are 16 years old. You wake up on April 11, 2066, in a similar way to most other days. You wake up to a wet, and in today's case messy, diaper. You lie in a crib, wearing a polka-dotted onesie that is straining to contain your diaper, and you are nursing a pacifier. Your mom walks in after changing her own diaper, removes her own pacifier, and says "Good morning, cutie pie!" She lifts you out of the crib and onto your changing table. She quickly changes your diaper. She then carries you downstairs to the kitchen. She sets you in a high chair, puts a bib around your neck, and begins to spoon feed you baby food. After you finish, she wipes off your face and carries you over to the couch. As she sits down, you see your 24-year-old sister Anna being brought down to be fed by your dad. Your mom opens her blouse and begins to breastfeed you. You suckle until you are full. She then lied you across her shoulder and burps you. Your spit is caught by a towel. She then sets you down on a playmat and begins to breastfeed your sister.
You begin to crawl around on the playmat. You are quite proud of yourself- most people don't learn to crawl until they're 18. You're also glad that you can finally look around for the long-lost notebook. To your surprise, you find it, along with a crayon, shoved under a chair. You check that your mom isn't looking and grab it. You open it to the last page you wrote on- "The current year is 2050." - and think about what you want.
