You decide to see the world in the next millennium.
"The current year is 3066."
Suddenly, you find yourself on an alien world. Two Suns- one small and red, one big and yellow- light the sky. Huge trees with purple foliage dot the landscape. Giant lizard-like birds fly through the sky. It's like a scene from a science fiction movie.
You observe your immediate surroundings. You're sitting in a futuristic-looking stroller, wearing a blue romper and a diaper and sucking on a pacifier. You are still 16, and it is evident that you are still seen as a baby. You still have the notebook, so you write "The next page will summarize the last 1000 years of human history."

In the year 2217, humanity had their first contact with an alien race. The Khanal came in peace. They taught humanity the secrets of faster-than-light space travel, and so began human expansion into the universe. Hundreds of habitable worlds were colonized, including this world, known as Kelka.
The infantilization of humanity continued. More medical and cultural revolutions, many led by the also infantilized Khanal, resulted in people maintaining many baby-like traits for the entire duration of their lives. This includes bottle and spoon-feeding, wearing of infantile clothes, taking naps regularly, and further delays in development. While early development, like rolling and crawling, is at the same age as a millennium ago, walking and talking are delayed until age 40, and many people choose to crawl instead of walk. The instant download of knowledge was also delayed, to age 50. However, due to the medical revolutions, the age of 50 is physically equivalent to age 20 in previous times.
After reading that, you look around. You see your siblings are also in strollers beside you. However, the strollers seem to be pushing themselves! Your parents, dressed similarly to you and your siblings, ride in their own strollers behind you. You enjoy the family stroller ride.
When you get back to your house, your parents stand up from their strollers. However, they waddle like toddlers, unsteady on their feet. You then are pushed inside.
The interior of your house is baby proof. The floor is a soft mat. The chairs are low and supportive. The Rooms all hold cribs, and changing tables and mats are everywhere. Baby toys are everywhere. Your dad pushes you over to a changing table, then toddles over to his own. Robotic arms come out of the walls and lift each member of your family onto a table. The arms remove your romper, and expose your diaper. You can tell that it is full. The arms delicately remove the diaper, wipes you off, then gives you a new diaper. Your romper is replaced, and you are set on the ground. You crawl over to your stroller, and take the notebook. You write...
