Nobody, while this trial is going on would become tired, hungry, restless, or need to use the bathroom. Everyone will be heard as expediently as possible, with no interruptions.

There were two things this trial was for, determining whether or not his mother acted in malice (was she trying to hurt people) and how heinous were her actions? She was being accused of inhumane torture because she locked people in their bodies and removed their free will.

If she is found innocent and not malicious she will get a terrible migraine if she looks at any chronivac program, will be bored to sleep if she tries to focus on chronivac discussion, and everyone will get a memory wipe. If her choices are deemed heinous, she will become age and gender appropriate to her "employer" and be forced to act as a slutty servant herself, forever. Everything in between is decided by the chronivac.

Honestly if someone did try something he wouldnt blame them. He knew he was holding back because this was his mother, and he only gets one of those regardless how crappy she has proven herself to be. Anyone else he would have been the single handed judge, jury, and executioner of her sentence.
He was able to think up some truly wreched punishments for her but couldnt stand to have her destruction resting on his conscience for the rest of his life..
