However, just before they were able to decide on what they were going to do, Drew and Molly ended up hearing the tedious sound of a phone ringing, which gave the lapine girl a headache due to her enhanced sense of hearing, causing her to cover her floppy rabbit ears to block out the noise. After all, ever since her transformation into a human-rabbit hybrid, a few things in her physical anatomy were greatly altered from that of a normal human being.
For example, she couldn't eat any sort of meat anymore, due to her taste buds and a bit of her digestive tract behaving more like that of a herbivore's. Sure,she could still bread and cheese like a normal person, but eating anything that has meat on it would either taste really bad or make her very sick, enough to start vomiting and feeling like she was having a fever. Plus, due to having a newfound sense of enhanced hearing, Molly was now able to hear things on a more sensitive level than the average person, which meant that any sort of loud noise would basically be like the equivalent of hearing the sound of a her engine from a Boeing 747 but without the headphones to muffle out the deafening noise.
Fortunately, being an anthropomorphic rabbit girl wasn't all that bad for Molly. After all, she didn't look very menacing at all to the general public, since rabbits are well-known to be herbivores, despite people thinking they mostly eat carrots. In fact, most of the girls back at college thought she looked pretty cute and adorable in her current state, which was both surprising and embarrassing to Molly, but in a good way.
