While Fabrizio was preparing their teas, Julia pondered how she would change him. She was going to try out the unknown settings, but first she wanted to see how it works on other people at a distance.
She moved the slider far back to enlarge the angle of the cone beam. She twisted the colour halfway in pink scale and clicked the dial to 'IN', the inanimate setting. He sat down to drink his tea and think things through.
Julia wondered if it was one of the settings that made him notice the change.
