"Susan, how could you?!" Cried Cindy. "You betrayed me!"
"It's simply nature." Said Susan matter-of-factly. "I'm the beta of our group so, since Jen is...out of commission, I'm the new alpha."
"We aren't wolfs, we're friends!" Yelled Cindy. Kyle looked at his watch. 30 seconds to go. "Plus, an alpha needs a beta!"
"No." Said Susan with an evil grin. "We aren't wolfs, therefor an alpha doesn't need a beta. The powerful only need power. Kyle has power so I'm willing to work with him."
Cindy was speechless. Susan had always been the meanest of the group besides Jennifer but Cindy had never imagined this betrayal.
Her thoughts were interrupted.
"Wonderful argument, wonderful argument but I must interrupt. Cindy, your time is up." Kyle said with a mocking tone. "I have big plans for you."
